I had a gum issue and called the office, Ally got me in right away! Tori was so sweet and took pictures and relieved me of one of my issues. Dr Tiffany came in and was very calm and told me my issues weren’t bad and gave me remedies to fix it. All of them couldn’t be any nicer or kind and friendly, while being professional! I highly recommend Dr. Tiffany and her office!

I wanted to take a second to write this review thoughtfully and sincerely. My wife and I Karen were looking for a new dentist, and decided on Carmel Valley dentist office and it turned out to be such a blessing. The kindness, caring, professionalism, knowledge and hospitality we received is quite frankly unmatched in any business setting we’ve ever been in period! When you arrive, in most cases, you are greeted by Allie for check-in who sets the tone with her kindness and joy. After you are called to the back, you are handed off to a gentleman named Trey who takes the X-rays and makes you feel comfortable during the process. After the X-rays you go into the treatment room where you meet with Torri and talk about what’s going, what brought you there and then what to expect moving forward, all done with confidence and kindness. A few minutes later Dr. Tiffany comes in to look at the X-rays, do any tests that are needed and based on her training immediately discusses what needs to be done. My wife wanted me to mention how thorough she was discussing the issue at hand, and doing it in layman’s terms that was very easy to understand! After meeting with the Doctor you go back out to the front area to discuss the treatment plan with Ashley the Office manager, where she is concerned about what’s best for us time wise, and cost wise, unbelievable! With our insurance, and their kindness, my wife and I are getting, 2 root canals, a re-treat on an existing root canal and 3 crowns in total. My cost was so amazing I almost fell over. Just to give you an idea without going into detail, our cost for all that was mentioned was cheaper than a competitor that was only going to do one tooth, you do the math! So from the bottom of our hearts, Allie, Trey, Torri, DrTiffany and Ashley, we truly love and appreciate you. Not only have you given us great service, and a manageable price but you showed us how people should be treated every day. That’s how we change the world, one person at a time!
